Surgery
Our doctors have all undertaken extensive sub-specialist pelvic floor reconstructive surgical training and are experienced in all aspects of pelvic reconstructive and urogynaecological surgery. We are experts in both vaginal and minimally invasive laparoscopic approaches including advanced and complex surgery.
We have regular operating lists at Frances Perry Parkville and Epworth Freemasons East Melbourne.
Individualised approach to Surgical Planning
No one surgical plan is a fit for all. As such we take time to understand the goals of your surgery, consider your individual circumstance and work with you to facilitate a plan that is specific to you and the life you plan to lead.
Recovery from Surgery
Rehabilitation from elective surgery is one of the most important steps to achieving a successful surgical outcome. Our surgeons will work with you to ensure you understand the steps in the weeks and months after your surgery to optimise your outcome. Where appropriate we collaborate with our physiotherapy colleagues in the months after your procedure to maximise your ability to achieve your goals.
